Big-Picture Approach
My title may say "writer"... but my job is more than giving you words. My job is to give you clean, concise copy that, with 100% clarity, shows your skeptical reader you understand his or her needs. And so compels him or her to take the next step.
Translation: I'm a marketing writer who most importantly is a marketing thinker.
A little more about me: I've been an independent marketing writer since 2001. Before that, I worked for a public relations and marketing agency called Niehaus Ryan Wong (NRW) and, prior to that, a small strategy consulting firm called Helmer & Associates.
I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where I mixed a liberal arts curriculum with coursework in business & accounting.
(For those who perceive accounting as dull, let me tell you: Those "debits and credits" have made me a better sales & marketing professional!)
